In 2014, we consolidated our own Corporate Solutions Center (CSC) to centralize administrative, financial, accounting, tax and legal functions, as well as the human resources and technology management of our companies.
Focusing on specialized professionals, administrative processes, technology support and economies of scale, the teams have multifunctional competences and their mission is to standardize processes of companies with different activities.
The model has proven to be efficient, because it allows Algar companies to fully dedicate themselves to their core competence. The benefits, including financial ones, are due to structuring based on operational efficiency, with lower cost and more quality; and governance.
CSC Algar also focuses on innovation to improve the experience of the Algar associates – as we call employees – by reducing bureaucracy in processes, anticipating deliveries and improving the quality of services provided.
