All manifestations received by the Ombudsman's Office (Ouvidoria) will be treated in a confidential way, in order to preserve the identity of the person requesting.
The channel allows direct contact with the Integrity and Compliance Commission of the Algar Group.
No retaliation against a protestor reporting a concern or complaint about misconduct to the Ombudsman (Ouvidoria) will be allowed or tolerated.
